Please take note of the following schedules for September 11-12, 2021 at GMall of Davao. All vaccinees must be registered with the respective partner organization.

For 1st dose registered vaccinees, please bring your valid ID, DQR and own ballpen.
For 2nd dose registered vaccinees, please bring your vaccination card, valid ID, DQR and own ballpen.

Please follow the directions and the signages to make sure that you are in the proper vaccination venue and schedule.
