- Designs, develops, implements and monitors advertising and marketing strategies or initiatives that increase customer traffic and sales based on comprehensive marketing research and understanding of the mall’s customer base. The use of creativity in building interest in customers by employing marketing techniques through various types of media. These are, but not limited to the mall’s events and advertising campaigns; implementation of system-wide requirements for promotions , activations, and management activities; and sponsorships.
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelors/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Candidate must be a self starter .
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment , highly creative and with collaborative attitude.
